At the Japan Centre, 212 Pically Circus if I'm not mistaken. You just go downstairs and on your right (well, there's almost nothing on the left XD), you'll find plenty of different magazines. Myojo, Popolo, Duet, Potato and Wink Up are on a table quite at the bottom of the room. But they don't have CDs... unfortunately.
