MNET bought song from a guy named Bahnus but he firstly sold those songs to others artists who sang them as a guide version/demo tape but didn't keep them for release and eventually the rights of the songs went back to Bahnus. But those demos were already online and MNET already knew it and still bought the song to produce Hyori's album. Hence there were no stealing nor plagiarism issue.
